The Soccer Girl Problems Podcast
Updated: Jul 14
(PSA! This blog post & podcast were supposed to be aired back in May for Mental Health Awareness Month, but because I was under contract at the time we had to postpone.)
Shoutout to the Soccer Girl Problems (SGP) for inviting me to be on their podcast to be a part of Mental Health Awareness Month. It's crazy to be featured on their podcast because I have been a SGP fan ever since I was a young soccer player. It was so nice opening up and sharing my truth. I am thankful for the safe space they have created for us athletes & former athletes to share our experiences. I highly recommend you go check out their social media! @SoccerGrlProbs
In this podcast we touch on my experiences with mental health, playing professionally overseas, living abroad, transferring colleges, etc. In addition, I speak about the launch of my new blog, call me Cozy®... which you must have found by now since you're reading this. I'm so glad you're here!

Remember that everyone's journey with mental health is different, and it's more than okay to ask for help. Taking care of our mental health is a sign of strength, and it's something we should all prioritize. You're not alone, and it's okay to not be okay <3
My favorite part about being a professional athlete is having a platform to help others along their journeys, starting with this podcast & the launch of my new blog, call me Cozy®!
